There are different kinds of pills that are effective. However, it’s best that you consult your pharmacist before you buy one. At OJOM, we offer all kinds of medicines that are safe and effective, but the difference lies in the duration of their impact. So, give our pharmacists a call for more information.
The pills we prescribe are backed up by extensive research, with no potential drawbacks. So, rest assured, you’re in capable hands!
If you want to receive treatment through OJOM, it is required that you must have consulted a healthcare professional within the last three years. If this isn’t the case, we are sorry, but you cannot use our service without seeing your doctor first.
You may use telemedicine once you have had your initial online visit and a doctor/nurse has approved that you may proceed with telemedicine. You can then connect with a healthcare practitioner through call, text, or video chat.
Telemedicine laws are different in every state, so you may want to check what’s applicable in your area. Some states require a video chat between the patient and healthcare provider. If you belong to such a state, your doctor/nurse will contact you to schedule your video chat once you are done with your initial online visit.
It is required by law that your doctor/nurse needs to confirm your identity before offering you treatment through telemedicine.

OJOM is a reliable telemedicine company that offers affordable, confidential, and convenient erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment from a healthcare professional right in the comfort of your home.

You can start your treatment with a simple online visit, in which you will be asked about your medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information. You will also be required to upload a picture of your ID for identity verification. After this is done, your case will be reviewed by a doctor/nurse who will then decide if you a candidate for ED treatment via telemedicine and develop your customized treatment plan.

OJOM offers oral medications called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors for ED treatment. The American Urological Association considers PDE5 one of the most important ED treatments.

Depending on how long they last, how soon they start working, their side effects, and other mechanisms of action, PDE5 have been categorized into different types. For this reason, we tailor each prescription according to the individual needs of every patient.

At OJOM, we offer the following specific PDE5 inhibitors and Peptides/Steroids for Wellness & Health and PE Treatment:

o Generic Viagra (Sildenafil) 100mg Pills

o Sildenafil Troche

o Generic Cialis * Premature Ejaculation Pills Ristenza

o PT-141 Nasal Spray

Viagra usage has improved erections in between 63% and 82% of patients (see safety information). In addition, other PDE5 inhibitors have also been proven to be effective, and this group of medication is considered to be among the most important ED treatment by the American Urological Association.

Nevertheless, it is imperative to keep in mind that each individual may react differently to medication, so ED medication may not work for everyone. Your doctor/nurse may suggest using the medication several times under various conditions in case you don’t experience the desired results immediately. They may also recommend different doses considering any possible side effects and how your body reacts to the medication.

Generally, yes. A healthcare professional can diagnose ED based on a patient’s medical history and self-reporting of symptoms. Utilizing telemedicine technologies, OJOM’s healthcare professionals diagnose ED just like they diagnose patients in person. To ensure that it is appropriate and safe to prescribe ED medication, a doctor or nurse will ask you questions to assess your symptoms.

Our healthcare professionals use your responses to diagnose your condition and then devise an effective treatment plan. This is why it is important that you answer each question in detail, truthfully, accurately, and thoroughly. Also, we strongly recommend that you allow your doctor or nurse to order any laboratory tests that might help them understand the cause of your ED. While these tests are optional and not strictly required for treatment, they are still useful for obtaining useful information for ED diagnosis and treatment.

Before you start taking ED medication, your healthcare professional needs to ensure it is entirely safe for you to do so. For this purpose, several aspects of your health are checked, particularly your blood pressure. If your blood pressure doesn’t fall within a specific range, taking ED medication can be dangerous for you.

You are required to enter your most recent blood pressure reading recorded within the last six months for completing a comprehensive medical history during your online visit. However, in case you haven’t got your blood pressure checked within the last six months, you can easily get a free blood pressure reading at several country-wide locations. To find a place near you that offers free, clinically verified blood pressure readings, enter your location into Pursuant Health.

To measure your blood pressure at home, you need to have a device that has been “clinically validated.” You can buy such a device at your local pharmacy or order it online. We recommend a finger blood pressure monitor or an upper arm cuff over a wrist.

Before measuring your blood pressure, it is necessary to avoid the following factors as they may result in a temporary rise in your blood pressure:

• Exercise

• Stress

• Cold temperatures

• Smoking

• Caffeine

• Certain medications (check the label on your device)

Here’s how to go about it. First, find a quiet place and sit there for 5 to 10 minutes. Ensure you’re relaxed and have recently urinated, as a full bladder can affect your blood pressure reading. Next, roll up your sleeve to make your arm bare, and apply the cuff on your upper arm. Now follow the specific directions for your device and take at least two readings. During your online visit, record the higher of the two readings.

Oral ED medications may be extremely effective, but they may not work in every case. Apart from this option, alternate ED treatment options include lifestyle modifications (such as dietary changes, exercise, limiting alcohol use, and quitting smoking), penile vacuum pumps, surgery, and other ED medications. However, you should know that each treatment involves certain benefits and risks, so you should ensure you fully understand them prior to starting any treatment plan.

At present, OJOM offers treatment plans including oral PDE5 inhibitors in the form of sildenafil citrate and tadalafil. However, in case you want to go for an alternate ED treatment, please consult a healthcare professional in person.

We ship all orders in discreet boxes that have medications packed in single-use packs. The single-use packs are not childproof, but you can request childproof packaging by emailing us.

To ensure you receive medication as quickly as possible, all orders are shipped through 2nd Day Air. Mail forwarding addresses and post office boxes will receive standard shipping instead of 2nd Day Air at this time.

To get a free and clinically verified blood pressure reading at the nearest location, you can enter your location into Pursuant Health or higi. Pursuant Health stations are available free of charge nationwide at Walmart, while higi stations are available free of charge nationwide at Rite Aid. s
